Just a few of my favorite things
In January I started using a art journal to document my thoughts and feelings about my daily life. I have always loved doing paper crafts so it was a way to slowly get myself back into doing more of the things I loved. I gathered together all my supplies and started making time every day or sometimes every other day to sit down and work in my journal.
I have noticed that the simple act of making time to do this often really helps me to destress from the stresses of my daily life. Now I look forward to this time and really enjoy turning a movie on and spreading out my supplies to work in my journal while Beatrice snuggles beside me. It really has become one of my favorite things to do while also helping me with my anxiety and panic disorder.
